Ever felt irritated waiting at rapidshare for your next download. Well i have and found this method to bypass it.
STEPS TO FOLLOW
1 . Open notepad
2. In notepad copy/paste the following wihout the lines.

@echo off
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. Save the notepad as a batch file that is *.bat. To know more about batch file CLICK HERE.
Thats all ..... Now
After one download at rapidshare they will tell you to wait for 15 minutes before next download. That is when you delete browsing history, cookies, temporary files, offline data etc. from your browser and then close the browser. After doing so Double click the batch file and then try to download the file again. Be amazed!!!
EXPLANATION
Rapidshare collects the ip address of the people who download as free user to avoid them from downloading files within a gap of 15 minutes or so. So the method above fools rapidshare by acting as a different computer.
Other Trick is Restart your Modem and you wil get a new IP address..This tricks will 100% Works
